Ingredients for Muffins Recipe 2

- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix and sift the dry ingredients. Slowly add the milk and melted butter.
- Bake in moderate oven in buttered gem pans.
